On May 22, 2019, Krum ISD Education Foundation Board Member Bret McDaniel attended the KMS End-of-Year Awards Ceremony to present Student Enrichment Grants to two students.

Anyla Paschall Received a KEF Student Enrichment grant in the amount of $1000. Miss Paschall is currently a 7th grader at Krum Middle School. This award was presented to Miss Paschall to take part in the 2019 Junior National Young Leaders Conference in Washington, D.C.

Bethany Hendrickson received a KEF Student Enrichment grant in the amount of $1000. Miss Hendrickson is currently a 7th grader at Krum Middle School. This award was presented to Ms. Hendrickson to take part in the Youth Adventure Program in Medicine at Texas A&M University.
The KEF Student Enrichment Grant program offers students in grades K-12 the opportunity to pursue educational experiences beyond the classroom.
